Fantastic original vintage 60’s/70’s magazine rack made from brass over a plywood design. The front has an intricate 3D embossed traditional scene of a horse & cart & the sides have a basket style pattern in the brass. There’s 2 sections, perfect for storing magazines, newspapers, books or LP’s with an ornate handle to the top for easy relocation.
It would look the part in any cottagy environment, by a cosy fireside at home or in a traditional country pub.
A really sturdy, weighty design made in England by Lombard
Details:
Condition: Good vintage condition - the brass has a very authentic aged & used patina with some areas of verdigris - I’ve cleaned & lightly polished it but didn’t want to make it look too new & shiny lose its character
Measures: 14 1/2 inches wide by 11 inches tall by 6 inches deep (approx)
