Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders with 1-2 days however during busy periods dispatch may be delayed.

UK ORDERS

Shipping is calculated at the checkout & depends on the size and weight of the item/items. Multiple items will automatically have discounted shipping. Items will be shipped via Royal Mail 24/48 or 24/48 recorded (requires a signature). Larger items will be sent via courier (requires a signature).

We use recycled/recyclable packaging as much as possible & always pack items with lots of protection & care.

UK postage on average takes anywhere between 1-4 working days delivery.

ALL ORDERS

Once your order is dispatched we will email you with confirmation and details.

When placing an order with Penny Bizarre you are responsible for all shipping charges & the cost of returns back to us.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is returned to us as 'return to sender/undelivered' the postage cost to reship will be the customers responsibility.
